Regional Sales Director
Objective:

Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Staffs and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of training and educational programs for clients and Account Executives.

Responsibilities:

– Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
– Responsible for the performance and development of the Sales representatives.
– Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
– Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
– Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
– Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
– Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
– Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
– Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by Sales representatives.
– Creates and conducts proposal presentations
– Assists Account Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.
– Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
– Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
– Recruits, tests, and hires Account Executives based on criteria agreed upon by senior management.

Relationships and Roles:


– Internal / External Cooperation – Insures that all Sales Representatives meet or exceed all activity standards for prospecting calls, appointments, presentations, proposals and closes.
– Delegates authority and responsibility with accountability and follow-up.
– Sets examples for Sales representatives in areas of personal character, commitment, organizational and selling skills, and work habits.
– Conducts regular coaching and counseling with Sales representatives to build motivation and selling skills.
– Maintains contact with all clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
– Demonstrates ability to interact and cooperate with all company employees.

Job Specifications:

– 5-7 years of experience in sales management. – Extensive experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
– Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
– Willingness to travel and work in a team of professionals.
– Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams.

 

Experienced Senior SAP Warehouse Manager
Objective:

We are a Swiss company with our European logistics Hub based in Hospitalet de Llobregat, Spain. We seek a full time experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic and international warehouse team that is able to work a rigorous schedule. SAP Knowledge + Warehouse Experience is Vital.

To be successful, you will need:

– Bachelor’s degree in Logisitcs
– 5+ years of SAP functional configuration experience with MM / IM / WM module suites, ideally on the SAP ECC platform
– Consulting experience preferred
– Extensive experience within multinational organizations preferred
– Deep functional knowledge of Procurement and Supply Chain business processes across the areas of materials management, warehouse management, MRP, procurement, and logistics
– Expertise delivering across all phases of delivery: assessment, design, configuration, testing, cutover, and support
– Strong scoping/estimation, problem solving, troubleshooting and technical experience with the ability to root cause application issues
– The ability to plan for and manage small teams
– Self-starter capable of driving requirements gathering sessions and managing issue resolution

Job Objective:

We are currently looking at expanding our sales force.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. Develops and implements agreed upon Marketing Plan which will meet both personal and business goals of expanding customer base in the marketing area. Works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
– Responsible for the sales of professional online recruiting services tailored exclusively to the sales and marketing industry.
– Demonstrates technical selling skills and product knowledge in all areas listed above that allows Sales Associate to give effective presentation of MJSTEPS product lines
– Develops annual business plan in conjunction with Sales Manager, which details activities to follow during the fiscal year, which will focus the Sales Associate on meeting or exceeding sales quota.
– Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models. – Demonstrates the ability to carry on a business conversation with business owners and decision makers.
– Maximizes all opportunities in the process of closing a sale resulting in the taking of market share from larger competitors.
– Sells consultatively and makes recommendations to prospects and clients of the various solutions the company offers to their business issues.
– Develops a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, face to face cold calling on business owners, direct mail, email, and networking.
– Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
– Creates and conducts effective proposal presentations and RFP responses that identify prospects business problems, the effects of the problems, and the SalesCareersOnline.com solutions to their problems.
– Responsible for sourcing and developing client relationships and referrals.
– Responsible for identifying and building effective Centers of Influence Network with Sales Recruiters and other professionals to maximize revenue.
– Demonstrates the ability to gather, submit detailed business information for underwriting, pricing, and presentation of solutions to identified prospects’ business problems.
– Maintains accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within their assigned territory, including the use of Microsoft Outlook to maintain accurate records to maximize territory potential.
– Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.
– Participates and contributes to the development of educational programs offered to clients, prospects and company employees.
